Mentorship works if the mentor gives the right tools and the mentee is willing, able and ready. The mentor always knows when the mentee is ready to receive. Mentorship starts with assessing the mentee’s attitude, belief, commitment, and desire. If the a, b, c, and d is present, Then the magic unfolds later by layer, piece by piece until the chrysalis breaks and a new creation appears
