I am Phil Piccolo’s neighbor and I also attend the same Church. Many of us in the Neighborhood (and Church) have known about the unsavory activities conducted by this man. He is a Career Con Man whose record has been documented over and over by investigations that revealed thousands of victims from his various scams. He uses these phony MLM Scams as a ‘Feeder Program’ to find the gullible people he can defraud with phony investment schemes. Some people have lost all their life’s savings and even their homes in his financial scams.
He now has to masquerade using alias names because he is so well known as a scammer and fraudster under his real name. I was elected as the “Chairman of the Clean up the Neighborhood Committee” to try and rid our good community of Phil Piccolo. I personally alerted a Miami businessman Phil had set up for a $4 million dollar sting a couple of years ago…..Phil said he was going to retire after that deal blew up on him….again, he lied.

When legitinate, legal MLM companies as Matol, Nutrition For Life, NSA, and Amway are included this really brings into question the reliability and motive of the author.
Isn’t there enough evidence against Phil without having to implicate others due to a guild by association?

Maybe a debate might be in order. Or a call in show where people can actually call in and tell Phil why they have these strong opinions about him. I have actual experience with Phil. Not in his downline but just in a conversation about a deal. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and I certainly didn’t feel his obvious love of the Lord in it. He was a bully and very self serving. No..I did not tape the call so anyone can say I made this up.
MLM is hard. No question about it. And there are so many variables. And I only wish that I my career I had listened to a Rod Cook more. I have two instances that I can document that had I listened to him I would have saved myself a lot of money and aggravation. And since I just went through the fiasco I did…and Rod warned me about Sandy…I just wish I had listened….

There is no “John Nocton” listed on the rosters of any Pittsburgh Pirates teams, nor on any team at any level of their minor league system, during the 1970s (when a 62 year old today would have played). For that matter, according to Baseball-Reference.com, no one with the last name of “Nocton” EVER played professional baseball at any level.

Also, could you please tell us in which state, Data Network Affiliates Inc., was incorporated? Also, which state was Intelatrader Inc., incorporated. I see that someone is madly trying to change the domain registration info over but there’s these thingies called ‘screenshots’.
The address given for Intelatrader was in Boca Raton, so it should have been incorporated in Florida, but I can find nothing on sunbiz.org (Florida State Dept.) that has either DNA or Intelatrade as having been incorporated.
I did, however, find many instances of a Phillip Piccolo with other businesses.
Also, could you tell us why no one seems to know where the office for DNA is located, yet, they claim to have contracts with a huge number of big name companies. How was this achieved without an address or phone number in the United States?

Phil Piccolo is a con-artist. My group can prove this. We ordered 300 bottled wrinkle cream from Phil in July of 2009 based on the guarantee that he will refund any unsold bottles plus 10%. We hardly sold any of the wrinkle cream because it didn’t work. So we returned it to Phil for a refund in October,2009. We called and emailed him many times for the refund but no reply. He owes us over $7,700 for the unsold bottles which he got back. I don’t know who this John Nocton is. But if you are really another person and a friend of Phil, then tell him to refund the money that he took from us. We were fools to believe in this man. He is a liar and no one should believe him.
Isidro, where are you located? Are you here in the states? Do you have anything in writing re: his promises? He is such a loser. I hate to tell you, but you are just one in a long line of people he has stolen from. Even sadder? He has NOTHING. All his schemes and manipulations are just to bring money in so he can pay his bills. He has no assets, except his ‘mansion’ but that isn’t even his (it’s his ‘wife’s’… and I doubt he’ll ever be able to pay it off unless he pulls off a big enough scam. I’m sorry for your loss. I hope you’ve filed a report with your local authorities. I would think if people got really organized and we had enough people with enough proof, you could go to a major news organization… especially with what he’s done with ‘feed the children’… people don’t take kindly to those types of scams… I’m surprised he’s not trying to capitalize on Haiti! He is a sick, sick man.

So far, I can only find “Intelatrader’, registerd in Wyoming to “Ann Piccolo” (at the Lighthouse Point address), but it says ” Inactive – Administratively Dissolved (Tax) ‘ and that it has delinquent Taxes.
So, heaven knows why he’s switching all those formerly under DNA to Intelatrader, since it’s not in good standing. Maybe it’s because DNA isn’t incorporated at all?

As a matter of fact, if everyone would be so kind as to check their email… check your welcome message… the first email you got from them and you too will have the proof you need in your inbox. I am curious if their updates also contain this little glitch. Either way, they will now fix it and go on lying and denying.
Hey…somebody then should also send Jeff Long this wonderful information. Or has Jeff Long become that naive, or not able to see all that is available here if you do your due diligence? Jeff Long is the supposed “super recruiter” in all of DNA, and has just recently put together another website for all the DNA affiliates. It’s only $24.95 a month, so Jeff will likely make a ton of money from all the suckers that buy into his website membership program. Not me(even though I supposedly have over 1.300 in my downline), and I have not sent out even ONE email to recruit anyone. I just signed up and let it ride to see what was going to happen. Remember the old saying…If it sounds too good to be true, then….(you know the rest). Good luck to all those of you who have nothing but dollar signs in your eyeballs. I would plan to kiss goodbye any money you have spent. Find some solid ground with solid management/owners.
Rod, Thanks for all of your advise even before I knew you personally I would read your info and take heed.. Many years ago long before internet marketing their were a few programs that I lost money in that went by the wayside.. Many of my friends lost their money and the down lines to the next big thing that was promoted through those programs. Many would be done with MLM forever due to the fact that they lost all trust in the good intentioned sponsors. Any company should know better than be associated with anyone who has such a track record as their ship is set to fail… For me I am taking my efforts and promoting for established companies and offering folks a solid forum for whatever they are doing.. I believe a debate should take place, grab your headset and your microphone and lets sound off….

In order for a debate to take place, you all are going to have to have someone who has proof of Phil’s ‘doings’… such as everyone who has ever sent him money in return for promises of training with guarantees of refunds attached if you aren’t making $10,000 a month after a year – I know quite a few of those people; as well as people who sent him money in exchange for ‘territory’ as shipping partners, etc. and ad nauseum. The problem here is that NO ONE has ever held Phil accountable. No one has cared enough to REALLY invest the time it would take to gather these people together, gather their information, and take a cohesive case to the Attorney General… complete with names, addresses and phone numbers, copies of cashier’s checks/wire transfers/money orders and personal checks, copies of Phil Piccolo’s promises which he was stupid enough to put into writing, along with witnesses who maybe have worked for Phil (those people do exist and I know who they are) to pin this slimy piece of trash to the wall. Forget debates – it is simply a waste of your time and an insult to your intelligence to even have to sit and listen to the rot this man will sit there and try to sell you. The ONLY way things will be proven is with… PROOF. And it is there, my friends… it is there. Mountains and mountains of it. I say someone gets serious. I joined DNA several weeks ago. I have pursued it. I have signed up 40+ with 150 in my line now. My binary has 1600. I have told my people, lets just see if they pay in March..if so..mAYBE PURSUE IT.
I did check out the watchdog as I have a few times over the years with some being skeptical of the program. I was surprised to read about the Phil P. I have not affiliated with him, but am concerned.
Why would Dean Blechman (sp ?) jump into something like this if he had a great name for himself with Twin Labs. Would this not ruin his integrity?

I just signed up the other day and like others now, I am in a bit of a quandry over the affiliation of Dean Blechman with Phil P. If you listen to the call from two weeks ago, Blechman speaks very clearly about his integrity as well as the others around him. Why he would muddy his name for something like this would be crazy. And if it wasn’t Blechman, then they are saying it is him? I can’t believe that it’s an imposter! That would be too crazy. My plan is to let it move forward without investing a nickel and see what happens. Better to walk before you run. If it works it works. If it doesn’t, it is just time lost but no money if you play it right
I always question people who have to announce their integrity (OR their Christianity… :::cough cough::: Phil Piccolo!) Your life and your associations should speak volumes — AND THEY DO, either for good or for bad. People who actually possess good qualities don’t have to sell you into believing that they have them… you know what I mean? Anytime I hear someone talking about their integrity, I seriously doubt they have any. And, quite frankly, seeing as how these people are involved with Phil Piccolo and are lying about that association – it CERTAINLY proves my point.
I just read through all these replies and Ameruban’s really nailed it for me because it clarified what I already suspected and had written Upline about, and that was the striking similarity of the DNA correspondence and that I used to receive from Value, Value, Value.com – I was in that, but thank God I never spent any money.
I however NEVER received the First DNA Welcome Email so I didn’t see that it revealed Value, Value, Value.com IN THE HEADER – PERFECT I’m glad I came across this post. The Red Flags are up and the Party’s Over

I can answer that one – The answer is NO!! – Because I was involved in a
little entity called Veritas(which means TRUTH – lol) that Jeff owwned where Jeff ended up with a nice Big Data Base of Other People’s Contacts while not paying paying what people earned. There were plenty of Contacts to really kick off something that looks so Good on the surface and is FREE like DNA here.
So do bear in mind that the Lion’s Share by far of Jeff’s first 800 people or so came from that Data Base and NOT off this new software that he and DNA are trying to push off on DNA Members.
The software is brand new – days old, and the biggest part of his group was already in place befoe it was released so don’t let them tell you it was from this software. that Jeff obtained his Big Group, but since DNA is a SCAM he shouldn’t be making money there, but he could make it off his Marketing Software for a short stint.
and also bear in mind it doesn’t matter if the Jeff Long Marketing Software is bring people in not that it is up and running because News Flash – DNA IS A SCAM… How many people do you want to bring to the DNA SCAM.
