my gosh Ameruban what did i ever do to you except try to help you out by giving you a job, by borrowing money from people to help you pay your rent, you have a family and you are a christian, you have a good husband and a fine daughter, yes there are people who have invested in me and we all lost money, and you of all people know why, i have never taken a dime from a business affiliate and purchased something for myself, everything i have today came from non MLM, i currently have a good consulting business, it is not much but there is no one that knows this business like me, you all talk about me as if i am some low life gutter rat, so how about you ameruban, i think i know who you are, you bring my mom into this, are you serious, so you know someone who gave me money for products, wow big deal, but i have never sold a territory in my life, god knows i have tried but none purchased, you of all people know that i went to bed penny less on 12/31/2006, not only penny less but in debt way over my head, not because i screwed people but because it was phil piccolo who got screwed by Omstar,for millions, it was phil piccolo that got screwed by norman dockeroft for millions or however you spell his name, i am not the bad guy in mlm,

Phil Piccalo I have heard this guys name and seen him online over the past few years. Seems like everywhere that he goes trouble follows .I’m just saying if so many people have a bad opinion of him there must something there.After enough times at every stop there is always controversy.Why else would a person be involved in so many different deals that go bad or the bad press follows. All im saying is people do your due diligance google the name make your own mind up and see if you want all the baggage ,crates to have to try and answer to. Vince, if that is the case, then Jeff sounds like an up and coming Phil Piccolo, because that is something Phil has done over and over and over again.
Phil starts these ‘opportunities’ and normally always ensures that people receive their PRODUCT, but then he NEVER pays them on their networking efforts.
What Phil fails to realize is that if he would have just told people UP FRONT, “Look I have these great products and I’ll sell them to you at a discount and then you can turn around and sell them to others and make a profit” then they could have made an intelligent choice to do that if that’s what they wanted to do. If he would have done that, we wouldn’t even be sitting here talking about this.
However, he didn’t do that because he figured no one would want to ‘just’ sell product, so he comes up with these marketing plans — gets his direct sales force based on bogus promises to pay them grand sums on their recruiting efforts, but then skips out on paying them. He moves his product to YOU – making HIS profit… and you’re on your own.
When people realize he’s not paying them for their efforts, then there is a lot of noise. When the outcry gets loud enough, he ‘disappears’ from the program (no opportunity calls, no nothing — but he will have a sob story about how he got ‘screwed’ so he has no money to pay you for your efforts!)
You notice he ALWAYS says, “if you purchased product and didn’t get it, let me know.” Oh, he’ll make sure you have your product if you paid for it (in his mind, that’s how he has stayed out of JAIL)… but you’ll not see a dime off your hard work and efforts at recruiting. That is just the way it works with him.
When you send him money or anyone else sends him money – don’t expect to see any of it back — EVER. But he’s always happy to send you product so you receive something of value for your money.

In closing IF there is a John Nocton, he should run for the hills. You’ve clearly got a phone number listed in that name in YOUR home. According to the ‘new transparent Phil’ he was just over at your house using your computer and that’s why his posting and yours have the SAME IP address (is that anything like the story of the databases…?). So that would mean that you are using HIM in order to get a home phone? You are REPUGNANT! Clearly, if there is such a person associated with you and you have not assumed someone else’s identity, then he’s not done any research on who his business partner is. Isn’t it strange that if Phil Piccolo is or is not involved, which Mr Bleckman didn’t even address on the call he had the other week, he only talked about what kind of good person he is, that the President and Founder Mr. Kurek has been associated with 2 of the companies Mr. Piccolo stated in his list on this forum that were his (bankmlm.com and refereveryone.com) both of these as I didn’t look at the others were initially shown as registered to Data Network Affiliates Inc (see about refereveryone.com on mlmwatchdog.com) and the contact person as Mr. Arthur Kurek…. if you go look at the whois now it no longer shows Mr. Kurek or Data Network Affiliates and shows the domain information to have been updated just on 2/19/10… so why did someone scramble to take that information off of there after it was found by those researching it on the net!
Rod cook also linked Piccolo (though don’t know how) with Dubai MLM and if you go to http://www.bankmlm.com which was originally showing as contact info. for Mr. Aruthur Kurek of DNA before they changed it to private information shows in their html sourcecode for that page as the page no longer comes up http://www.mlmbankofdubai.com
So Mr. Kurek was listed as registrant contact for both of these companies of Mr. Piccolo’s and since it was brought out the information has been changed to private. I also think it’s odd that DNA and several of Piccolos companies use the same registar which isn’t the most popular domain name place.
If there is no involvement or nothing to hide by DNA then why did someone suddenly change these records now and why so many distinct coincidences that tie them altogether if you connect the dots. Notice Mr. Bleckman and I am sure from his call it seems he is reading all this information never once mentioned anything about Mr. Piccolo being or not being involved, why they registered their domain privately for one year, why the similiarites between this website, the original refereveryone website, the dubaimlm.com website all have striking resemblances to one another (wording, phases, plan a, plan b, phase 1 , phase 2, phase 1, phase 2, alexa graphs, signup now it will only take 2 minutes, 3 minutes, $2. per distributor, look how many reps we have, etc… if you look at the wording it is so much the same but yet Piccolo has nothing to do with the company he states but putting Mr. Reid in the right direction? Then why did Mr. Kurek have so many ties with Piccolo? Why is valuevaluevalue.com one of Piccolos where the emails come from (yep they still do if you look at your headers or email source options) why cover it up, well obviously because of Piccolos horrible reputation that proceeds him.
I also wonder what percentage they get of those that purchase the system of Jeff Longs and they make it seem like using that system is how he sponsored 800 reps and we all know the money is in the list and his list, after all he is a known internet marketer, is what he used to get those free affiliates and not this system.
Why doesn’t the company divulge the products and service now before people upgrade, why do they upgrade before these so called phases come into play, notice now they are adding more pro phases, which will mean more money to dishout to get those phases and supposedly more benefits, remember Piccolos AATCM, all the special deals for those that spent more money or bought more product beforfe it was ready, something like that I think.
If Mr. Bleckman is so professional why not a true professional website, why not professional videos. All in all there are just too many things that resemble Mr. Piccolo here but then again the com pany never denied he was ivnolved!
Just a couple of days after I got in DNA and found out that Jeff Long was the lead recruiter I knew I wasn’t going to be happy.
And I guess it is due to the fact that Jeff Long did a lot of us wrong in Veritas.
Than in the end result he just says they got in over their head and could not fix what was wrong and decided to take off with the rest of our money.

Remember how Phil said above that he’s been directing Joe Reid in the ‘right direction’ and that Joe will compensate him? Well, consider this… what if that is some kind of bastardized truth?
Phil Piccolo likes to use other people and their credibility – not sure how much credibility Joe Reid has… and after THIS little debacle, I think he ought to have ZERO credibility.
At any rate,WHAT IF (note the words ‘WHAT IF’) since Phil knew he couldn’t join or get the principles to let him in as the Master Distributor, he had Joe Reid do it while he stayed behind the scenes as Joe’s partner… and he had Joe approach the company for access to the database, to set up the autoresponder system, and he had it run through HIS servers – too stupid to realize that the email headers would give it away?
Also, he would have access to every email address that would be sent from his servers, thereby harvesting all these new sign-up’s email addresses? This point will be proven when the email addresses that I submitted begin receiving emails from Phil.
Just food for thought. Not saying that’s the way it happened, but then it might still let Mr. Blechman maintain his credibility and integrity that he swears he has. It might explain WHY he walked away… because he realized he’d been deceived and they had used HIS name to lend themselves credibility <– a Phil Piccolo standard operating procedure.

It should be fairly obvious to you that anything Piccolo touches is doomed, so why expect your downline in DNA, who so far have not lost money, to invest anything in something so perilous when there are so many GOOD programs with MLM professionals at the helm or in leader positions where you will not be embarrassed by the likely outcome?

He said it himself. Scroll back in this thread. In umpteen tries, he failed,…miserably. So, why on earth would you lead other people into this? If you want to put yourself there, fine, but make sure your downline is aware of the unfortunate past history of the leaders before you ask people to cough up money.
To put this another way: what if NOBODY said anything? What if people knew Piccolo was behind this, with his legacy of ‘misfires’ and you put a whack of money into this? And so did your downline? Then, WHEN it fails, and your money is gone, you find out Ameruban and others KNEW, but kept quiet.

John Nocton (on your leaders list) uses Piccolo’s computer. John Nocton’s address and phone number in the phone directory is the same as Piccolo’s. What do you think? A coincidence? I also have not been asked for any money from DNA and my understanding is a person can do ths entirely for free with OPTIONAL upgrade. All I am asking is if someone is going to say something about someone then provide evidence or it just sounds like a vendetta. And no I have not spent any assumed earnings. Here’s one of the problems, Joe. Piccolo uses people. he uuses their good names, their trust, he pretends to be other people. So, I’m sure Ameruban may have even thought you were another Piccolo disguise.
As far as expense. When I join a program, I tend to either spend money on advertising, OR I spend a LOT of time clicking and surfing to try and make up for lack of money to throw at an ‘opportunity’. I’ve been burned plenty. I understand how it feels to spend a few weeks or even months walking, talking, breathing the new program, cajoling friends and relatives to “get on the bus’ or “You won’t laugh when I have my check!”.
When a business just doesn’t work out, and not for lack of trying, that’s bad enough. But, to be had, is another. It’s sickening and demeaning. And it breaks the hearts of those who should faith and had hope.

So, I don’t know exactly what he’s trying to say, but the gist is fairly clear.
Even Stuart admits to losing thousands in lost time and hosting costs.
Having said that, it’s pretty hard to know just exactly who knew what and it’s hard to believe that the host (who also had a high position on the leaderboard) did not know who he was dealing with. Maybe he didn’t. Maybe he thought he was talking to John Nocton.

Regarding DNA: If there is no cost to data gather, where is the scam? The only risk for data submitting the required information of 20 license plate numbers each month is the time lost if DNA doesn’t pay. The little time involved would seem to be worth the gamble.
DNA explains that the data from the field will be sold to interested companies or government agencies. The key word here is, “interested”. If DNA cannot find buyers with sufficient need for the DNA data then an imbalance of revenue vs commissions will occur. At that point DNA will be on a slide to BK. Only the Affiliates who upgrade to one of the PRO levels may be in a position to lose, monetarily.
Can you give me hypothetical ways a DNA Affiliate could be ripped off. The DNA concept has such a unique income possibility for the masses, I would hate to dump out just before the miracle happened.

To Joe: You got me on that one, Joe. I don’t even know what that letter REALLY means, (seems to be a lot of innuendo) but when my nephew sent it to me, asking what it meant, I couldn’t answer, other than, “It looks like the ship is sinking”.
Unfortunately, the internet is rife with thieves. LUCKILY, there’s a lot of good that comes from the net, and people who WILL post complaints when they’ve been slighted. In one way, it’s better because it’s fairly easy to find the discrepancies, if not the outright truth, as opposed to the ‘old days’, when all an ‘outed’ con man had to do was move on to the next state.
And, yes- There are legit biz ops. But, people aren’t signing up in droves because you won’t make a million bucks in a month, or even this year. And you have to do more than 20 minutes work.
I guess you could say that the scammers are filling some sort of need,but, as humans, everything we want is not always good for us. And, some stuff, like alcohol, drugs, and easy money, make us feel good, but they’re toxic.

You’ll make scads of money IF you get a slew of other people to do this ‘job’, too. You do this for several weeks without sleeping and finally, borrow the cash to go “Pro”, because you’d be crazy not to.
You’ve just spent 40 to 80 hours a week for the past several weeks, driven by the thought of how you can finally catch up on bills, and have a night out with your family.
Then, you find out it’s a bunch of BS.
And so do your family members you enrolled, and your friends you enrolled, and all those people you twittered into this. They look to you for answers.
I guess, if money is all that matters to you, then there’s no loss.Are you kidding?
How many places have you worked where, at the end of the week, you got stiffed on your pay? It happens, in real life, with real 9 to 5 jobs. And companies get sued. So, it would appear that even the gov’t thinks that you’ve ‘LOST’ something of value, if you can take up time in court on such a lawsuit.
Just because these people aren’t punching the clock, doesn’t mean there hasn’t been REAL time and real money (and real heart)expended in promoting and making an income from this. Heck, it’s outlined in the comp plan. Do this and you’ll get this much in compensation.

Wonderful, CHRIST-LIKE Phil Piccolo in 2007 set up some guy who crossed him and duct taped him to a chair, put duct tape over his eyes, and he and his “henchmen” beat the snot out of the guy. I think there are a number of charges that would arise out of something like that, like probably felony kidnapping just to name one.
Of course Piccolo was stupid enough to photograph the event — and I just happen to have obtained one of the copies of that photograph.
What is it about stupid, arrogant criminals that drives them to photograph or otherwise document their crimes?
There are a number of other people who would be able to independently verify the person in the photo I have and it is certainly authentic. Also, Piccolo personally bragged about it to someone I know.
Phil Piccolo is nothing but a common criminal who at some point will end up in jail and ultimately in hell if he doesn’t get it right.
So, Phil… whaddaya say? Does your daddy know you did that? And that’s just ONE thing that is documented… I shudder to think what isn’t documented and what you’re really capable of. 1. PLEASE tell me that you and your thugs did not assault Phil Marquis and tie him to the chair and beat him up? I suggest you pay very close attention to that scripture, for if you do, you will see that it isn’t obeying a set of laws, it is KNOWING God – and if you know Him, you won’t DO the things you’ve been doing… you won’t lie to the whole world and think it’s okay. I happen to know someone who worked with you, and they said they tried to warn you about lying to the field — they told you it wasn’t right and that God would NOT bless your efforts — and you told them you ‘didn’t need that kind of pressure right now.’
So you are who you are – and you live the way you choose to live. And you will serve who you serve.

you sell your soul for the money to make your payments. You know you can’t keep your word, but you’ll do anything to get that money. Curtis has been following you around for HOW LONG now trying to get his money back from you?

Actually, Rod, Phil has been working with Automatic Geek since late summer/early fall of 2009. It was part of his valuevaluevalue package. And you know he’s not going to play nice. It’s ALWAYS a train wreck.
One thing I’ve never understood is Phil’s propensity to hold his many companies that he’s been involved with up as a badge… can you imagine how much money he’d be making if he’d have just stayed put in some of these companies, like Amway?
Phil doesn’t realize it, but thinking people actually contemplate that sort of thing… what causes someone to not stick with ANYTHING… averaging a crash and burn rate of one company per year?
