TLC Announces New Ambassadors, William And Denise Lee
Total Life Changes continues to produce top leaders in record time. Never before has this kind of success been generated so quickly within the company. New affiliates are growing their business to great heights in as little as 10 months.
“It is truly a remarkable time of growth for us. We are encountering record numbers of sales and new affiliates each and every week. And the rate of growth for these new affiliates, in terms of achieving our top ranks within our compensation plan is astounding,” explains founder and CEO Jack Fallon. “I’m especially proud of Denise and William Lee out of Philadelphia,” he adds.
Denise and William Lee are parents of two children and live in a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They have recently reached Ambassador rank in Total Life Changes. Each of them has worked extremely hard to develop their careers and raise their children to be outstanding citizens with a strong work ethic.
Their 24 year-old son William is an entrepreneur and has already made the rank of executive director with Total Life Changes. He currently lives in Los Angeles. Their daughter Lauren is also doing very well as an 18 year-old signed model that stays quite busy traveling back and forth to New York City with her father William Lee. Denise has officially retired as a registered nurse and her next goal is to get her husband William to retire as well.
Gregg and Lenika Scott, current Ambassadors in TLC first introduced Denise and William “Buddy” Lee to Total Life Changes 2013. They were still frustrated with Network Marketing at the time and really didn’t consider developing their business for about six months.
“We were really afraid that nobody would join us. So we did nothing for about six months. Once in a while, maybe every other week I would login to my back office and look at the numbers. I soon realized that we had some volume accumulating and it was at that point that I told William we needed to start working with this opportunity,” explains Denise Lee.
Like most successful networkers, they spent much time getting to understand the compensation plan, how to get paid and became familiar with each and every product that Total Life Changes has to offer. This is typically the case for most successful network marketers. They have to know what they are offering to others and what to expect to get in return. Total Life Changes has three powerful lines of products in the health and wellness industry, so getting familiar with each line was very important.
William states, “The only way to be able to promote a product is to touch it, feel it and use it. That is exactly what we did. We started sampling the Iaso™ Tea and NutraBurst™ first and then moved on to all of the coffee blends and skin care products.” After “feeling” the products and getting results quickly, they were much more comfortable talking about the products and the opportunity that TLC could provide for others. “It took us quite awhile to consider doing the business.
But once we started sampling the products, we knew right away that we were going to have some success with TLC, because we were getting results using the products. We didn’t feel like we had to make a sale or capture a sale with someone, it was much more about explaining how we felt and the results that we were obtaining using these products,” adds Denise.
William and Denise Lee began promoting a schedule of opportunity calls every evening. Each day the number of attendees grew larger and they became more comfortable delivering the message of helping others earn extra income. They did not promise hundreds of thousands of dollars, or fancy cars and dream homes. Instead, they discussed how even an extra $500-$1,000 a month could really impact a family of four of five. The extra income helps to dissolve debt, it provides just a little bit extra to assist in paying for special activities and becomes the beginning of building residual income. William and Denise started to experience plenty of growth as a result of these opportunity calls, so they decided to begin hosting weekend events in their hometown near Philadelphia.
“These weekend events allowed us to connect with people on a much more personal level. We also had greater opportunities to share the products and visually represent how to build a business using these awesome products as a vehicle,” explains William Lee. The Lee’s secret to success in TLC resides around an understanding that it is a great company with awesome products that will continue to be around for a long time.
Denise discussed this further, “What sets TLC apart from other businesses is that the average person, with little to no marketing experience, can make an extra $1,000-$2,000 a month just in retail. We have been able to help so many families already in a very short period of time. We continue to work with and develop the members that join our team and we expect to make at least $1 million by the end of 2015. Long-term, we are looking at duplicating this success locally within our U.S. team members as well as developing strong teams around the world.”
