When it comes to building their mynt business, Chris and Lillian stick to three basic principles: daily goals, personal development, and team commitment.  

“We have found great success in writing daily goals,” they said. “This ensures we make that 1% progress every day. With personal development, we recognize that we still have a lot to learn and a lot of skills we need to improve. And team commitment has always been our number one rule. We must commit ourselves to helping our team achieve their goals.”

But even following these principles doesn’t always ensure a smooth, bump-free ride. For Chris and Lillian, staying focused every day is the hardest thing about building momentum, but also the most important to master. 

“The key to success in this business is readily available to all of us,” they said. “The successful people in this business are just the ones that have found a way to eliminate the distractions, adapt to the adversity, and ignore the negativity.” 

One way the couple stays focused is by leading an active lifestyle. They’re avid cross fitters and stick to the PFC Every 3 plan. Their favorite mynt product is the CORE Double Chocolate shake, which is a staple in their household. 

As Chris and Lillian continue to build their mynt business, there’s one goal they can’t wait to cross off their bucket list: a vacation to paradise.

“We love to travel, so there a long list of places we would like to go,” they said. “Bora Bora is at the top of the list. There is just something magical about one of those huts over the water.”
