National Director, Gonzalo Belloso Empowers Others With Total Life Changes

 

California resident, Gonzalo Belloso recalls his first introduction to Total Life Changes. He met TLC’s President, Armand Puyolt and his wife Esher at a Denny’s restaurant in San Dimas, California in November 2013. Armand was equipped with a business pad and a pen and began to share Total Life Changes’ products and compensation plan. Gonzalo was hesitant to show any signs of excitement, as many educated and successful entrepreneurs tend to do.

He had already succeeded in the MLM industry as a master distributor and a CEO of his own company, and he admits that this may have clouded his judgment that day to truly see the potential of TLC’s products and compensation plan:

At that moment, I was not convinced or impressed; to me it was just another company trying to push a new product into the market.  My college education and my experience of many years of applying my effort in MLM (CEO of one company, Master Distributor in another), somehow clouded my mind as to see the potential behind this excellent company of TLC. At the same time, this professional experience kept telling me in the back of my mind that Mr. Puyolt had presented me with something totally new; however, I just couldn’t tell at that moment that it was going to be 100% incredible.

So, I decided to join, just to leave a door open. Months went by and it was not until I was invited to join a meeting in El Monte, California that I enjoyed a cup of Iaso Tea™. Within an hour I felt it working and shortly after I was being cleansed. Impressed by the reaction in my body, that night, I decided to make myself, for the first time, a fresh gallon of the Iaso Tea™.  From that day forward, all my family has been drinking Iaso Tea™ everyday. My entire family: parents, sister, nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends, and church members have been drinking Iaso Tea™ for about 36 months and are having the same positive results.

Total Life Changes popularity has grown tremendously as a result of the Iaso Tea™, which is currently at the top of the list for The Top Direct Selling Product of 2015. In the fourth quarter of sales for 2014, Iaso Tea™ became so popular that Total Life Changes production couldn’t keep up with the demand.

Growth in sales reached over 465% during the fourth quarter of 2014 and first quarter of 2015. Total Life Changes founder and CEO, Jack Fallon made an executive decision to stop the fulfillment of orders until additional suppliers could be secured to meet the demand in sales. TLC’s C.O.O., John Licari spent the past four months securing additional fulfillment while past customer and distributor orders were being fulfilled:

“We did everything in our power to keep the sales of our hero product in our back office cart. But our suppliers simply couldn’t keep up with our demand in sales. I was forced to place all new Iaso™ Tea orders on hold in order to secure additional resources to meet this incredible demand. This was really bitter sweat actually; although we faced a customer service nightmare, we also learned that our loyal distributors and customers had an opportunity to sample many of our other instant gratification products, and so we witnessed sales increases in many other product categories. Total Life Changes very first product, NutraBurst™ saw a huge increase in sales, as did our 100% certified Iaso™ Emu Oil and NRG supplement. Our representatives continued to make sales, continued to recruit new affiliates and we had some record numbers of IBO’s hitting incredible ranks within our compensation plan weekly. Thankfully, I was able to secure all of the necessary resources to place our hero product, Iaso Tea™ back into fulfillment on June 11^th, 2015. After our live Google Hangout announcement from CEO Jack Fallon, we had so many Iaso Tea™ orders being fulfilled that night, that we temporally crashed all three of our dedicated servers! Overall, through all of this frustration, excitement and countless hours of rebuilding, we have learned a lot as a corporate team. We have grown as a result of this success and we are in the process of moving into a much larger facility late this summer.”

TLC’s Regional Director, Maria Miranda has become almost like my equal hand in the team.  Maria is a blessing for me and the rest of the team; and Edmundo Sanchez, who is of those types of leader that can make you feel that you are not doing anything, because he is always going at full speed, presenting the opportunity 2-3 times every single day. Edmundo should be an inspiration to everyone. I could go on for hours mentioning the names and qualities of all of the men and women that have restored my life and helped me to help so many others achieve greater health and financial stability.
