QNET Indonesia Celebrates 20th Anniversary
In September 2018, many activities were carried out in Indonesia to celebrate QNET’s 20th Anniversary.
The company launched the latest local Indonesian products made from Papua Red Fruit extract. ‘Eternaleaf’ is a locally developed hair and body care product which is set to take on the global stage through QNET’s worldwide distribution network. And in true embodiment of the company’s philosophy of RYTHM (Raise Yourself To Help Mankind) the introduction of this local product also serves to support the local economy of the Papuan people.
In Surabaya, the company acknowledged the contributions of hundreds of its top leaders, at a gala dinner event which included performances from Yuni Shara, the famous Indonesian singer, and a surprise guest appearance by Maria Selena, who represented Indonesia at the Miss Universe Contest, 2012.
“This event marks our appreciation for our partners who together with us have developed the business and empowered thousands of direct sales entrepreneurs in Indonesia”
commented Mr Krishna Kumar, Resident Director of QNET Indonesia, at the celebratory event.
This was followed by a Children’s Day Out where QNET invited 200 kids from an orphanage run by Yayasan Muhammadiyah for a memorable day at the Surabaya Carnival.
“We wanted to share our happiness and joy with these children, many of whom have never been to a carnival before. We also provided them with school equipment so that they can continue to learn and go on to greater achievements in life” said Mr Ganang Rindarko, General Manager of QNET Indonesia.
Earlier in the month, the QNET team with its staff and Independent Representatives (IRs) reached out to help the people of Lombok, who had experienced a horrific earthquake in August which claimed more than 500 lives, injured more than 1,300 people, displaced over 350,000 people and destroyed vast swathes of the island’s buildings.
The QNET staff and IRs provided assistance in the form of basic provisions and materials to more than 400 people and also organized a blood donation camp in Jakarta, which helped collect more than 100 bags of blood.
QNET firmly believes in the power of its business opportunity to enable entrepreneurs take charge of their financial situation and change not only their own lives, but also that of those around them. It is also committed to contributing to the welfare of the people in the markets it operates in.
