AIM Global Philippines Training Attended By 3,000 Distributors

Last December 7, 2018 marked Alliance In Motion Global, Inc.’s Year-End Training held at the Ynares Sports Arena, Pasig City, Manila, where over 3,000 eager distributors learned new insights and knowledge to up their skills and business know-how on network building.

The training provided the attendees with up-to-date education and techniques which positively help impact the growth of their networks and their own selves, it also offered a safe space for them to learn from the experience and expertise of some of the biggest icons in the network-marketing industry in the Philippines.

Facilitating the training were AIM Global Founders President & Chief Executive Officer Dr. Eduardo Cabantog, Chief Marketing Officer Mr. John Asperin, and company Vice Presidents Mr. Arnel Limpin and Engr. Jurgen Gonzales and International Trainer Mr. Miko Imson.

International Trainer Mr. Miko Imson first took center stage to prepare the enthusiastic distributors to the new direction of where the company is heading. With the new changes and updates of the company, he likened it to a busy airport, a passageway that will take the people to their destined success. Mr. Imson even compared the company’s Board of Directors to airport controllers that will help steer the pilots or the distributors, to the right direction.

“How am I going to build-up my own network?”

Mr. Imson asked the 3,000 attendees the million-dollar question, the question that could make or break you in the network-marketing industry.

To him, the answer is quite simple; one must maintain the balance in every aspect of one’s life. He advised that when one is building his own network, one must look for people who are willing to listen. Learn to coach someone by showing them the right thing to do, as most people do not follow what is simply said, instead they follow what they see their leaders do.

Mr. Imson’s presentation was like an appetizer for the variety of talks that were given on the event. His talk was followed by Vice President for Network Training and Development Mr. Arnel Limpin.

“You have to sacrifice something to gain something!”

Mr. Limpin reminded everyone in the room on his turn on the stage. He reiterated that one must learn to adapt to changes, to adjust to the culture of business, and to have the spirit of a champion. He also reminded everyone that having the spirit of a champion doesn’t always mean one must always think of winning.

There will be inevitable failures along the way, a true champion must learn to be humble, to find lessons in every struggles, to rise up and to improve and learn more. A true champion knows that there will be sacrifices, too. As Mr. Limpin said,

“If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.”

With his talk, Vice President for Business Development Engr. Jurgen Gonzales, gave importance with having the right mindset as it can make all the difference. He also made an effort to boost the morale of those distributors that are not satisfied with their results. He advised them to have a proper perspective and think of powerful thoughts to empower themselves. One must have a sense of gratitude or simply be thankful, to be an action-oriented individual and to have the courage to take risks.

Visionary President & Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ed Cabantog shared that the most important thing the distributors will learn at the event were the new knowledge and new skills to have breakthrough and avoid plateauing in the business. The topic of his talk revolved around ‘Mastery of Skills’ and ‘Persuasion Techniques’.

Developing good relationship with people and with huge organizations online and offline, locally or in abroad were one of the most critical skills a distributor must acquire. And in recruiting, Dr. Cabantog also believed that there are right words to use to persuade more people, to make them more curious, and to increase the chances of sign-ups from one’s prospects.

Their questions should be answered with things that will pique their interests, something relevant to their lives. Customize and personalize the pitches. Do not answer in a generic way, always be specific.

By mastering the new set of skills learned in various trainings, one must also apply them repeatedly. One must repeat everything he has learned to avoid wasting time, effort and resources.

As the last speaker of the night, Chief Marketing Officer Mr. John Asperin made the attendees stand up and participate in a mini-activity that made everyone laugh and bond with their fellow distributors. With his brand of humorous talk and anecdotes, Mr. Asperin’s life lessons still never failed to pierce through the hearts and minds of the attendees.

The Chief Marketing Officer expressed that everyone gets to the point of boredom and quitting, but that phase can be beaten. For him, quitting is easy but it is also permanent. He added “one must focus on the things that are good, not on the negatives. Build memories with the good deeds and repeat them. Success is a habit. It is not a one-time-big time.” He likened it to a muscle that needs to be exercised regularly.
