QNET Turkey Supports Education Project In Viransehir

Leading Asian direct selling company QNET Turkey continues to add value to its humanitarian efforts with socially responsible projects.

The ‘Viransehir Project’ is one such, which was recently taken up for Zumrut Elementary School in Sanliurfa province, Turkey to support the students learn and develop in better conditions.

Recently, QNET undertook a new social responsibility project in Turkey as part of a series of events launched around the world in celebration of the 150th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, who is the corporate icon of the company as a visionary leader, humanitarian and social activist.

The teachings of Gandhi, which revolve around care, service and integrity, play a fundamental role in QNET’s corporate philosophy, laying the foundation for RYTHM − Raise Yourself to Help Mankind. In line with this philosophy and its belief in contribution to sustainable change that can make the world a better place, the company carried out a project in Turkey to support the education of disadvantaged students.

The project created for Zumrut Elementary School in Viransehir district included happiness packages which were prepared according to the needs of students. The project team also made a visit to the school to meet the students on March 5.

Every student studying at the school received a happiness package which consists of stationery equipment and books, as well as clothes such as shoes, sweat suits and t-shirts.

Additionally, the school has been painted to improve the physical conditions. By visiting Viransehir and meeting with the students, the project not only became more than just a financial support, but also was enriched by the happiness generated by getting together.
