what kind of flavor or taste dose ketogen4 have? Is it a shake or made in a blender. How often do you drink it? i am on the gel for 8 months and doing great
Hi, Dianne, I will tell you the taste is awesome, it is a peach kiwi flavor. And from my experience compared to other keto drinks that are salty & hard to get past your teeth, this one is actually too sweet for me. It comes in powder form I add it to some Greek yogurt, throw in a couple of strawvberries & some water & ice & blend with my immersion blender (though you can just shake it in a drink bottle too if at work & no access to a blender)& it is my first meal of the day & WONDERFUL.
