World Pro Bikini Champion, Jesi Ostrowsky Becomes Global Brand Ambassador For Touchstone Essentials

At age 36, Jesi Ostrowsky, a single mother of three, fell into bodybuilding by accident.

At 37 she started competing. Two years later and 50lbs lighter, she took the overall world title at the prestigious Yorton Cup at the OCB [Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders]. Today, with more than 15 competitions under her belt, she’s nowhere near finished.

“I’m in the best shape of my life at age 40,” says Jesi, “and it’s only going to get better. I’m setting goals for myself that I never would have set even in my twenties. I made a complete transformation, and I want to use what I’ve learned to help others.”

 Jesi’s own transformation is an inspiring story of heartache and hope. Not only was she raising three children on her own, but her youngest son, now 18, has autism and faces multiple health issues.

“My son is autistic and has been suffering from multiple seizures for years. Several surgeries have been successful, but they took a toll on his pancreas which led to the onset of Type 1 Diabetes. This was all new for me, and it led me to take an even bigger jump into learning about nutrition.”
