But Bani isn’t solely building teams, she also has robust experience in the global regulatory landscape, paving the way for new markets.

Bani had her own company for 14 years, successfully launching different businesses, including a direct sales cosmetics company. Her personal business successes not only opened many doors throughout Europe and farther east, but laid the foundation for her most recent journey.

Bani’s years of experience in direct sales recently led her to the US-based Touchstone Essentials. Bani built a business from her home with a reach across Eastern Europe. She went from sorting packages in her home for her team to the Vice President of Sales for a multi-national company.

Despite coming from a small country, Bani quickly recognized her own talent for network building and quickly began expanding her career throughout Europe and beyond. Bani’s expertise in product registration and regulatory processes had her taking the lead on registering new and novel supplements such as CBD.
