Shojaa Nassif, First Middle Easterner To Achieve Presidential Ambassador Rank At iGenius

Shojaa Nassif, a twenty-one-year-old from Jordan, was the very first iGenius member from the Middle East. This came with some challenges, but nothing that would stop him from pursuing his network marketing career with iGenius.

About a year and a half ago, Shojaa’s friend introduced him to iGenius. Quickly after their first discussion about the iGenius platform, Shojaa enrolled in iGenius and became an Elite member.

Shojaa started building his team, but because he was the first Middle Easterner in iGenius, he ran into some obstacles. With the lack of Arabic content at the time, Shojaa lost his first few leaders he brought into the business.

Instead of losing hope, Shojaa focused on the future, believing in the iGenius platform and its mission to empower people to take control of their future, embrace change, live smarter, and see the world differently.

Shojaa took on the giant task and assisted the iGenius corporate team in launching an Arabic system. He helped get a lot of the iGenius content translated in the Arabic language.

Now with the right tools in hand, Shojaa started over and built his team from the ground up. With his dedication and perseverance, iGenius is now growing throughout the entire Middle East, and Shojaa recently became the first Middle Easterner to achieve the rank of Presidential Ambassador with iGenius.

When asked what got him to this point in his career, Shojaa answered with,

“My “WHY” is what has helped me get to this point in my career. It helps me focus on where I came from, who I am today, and where I’d like to be in the future.

 

They ‘why’ behind all of that is my driving force. I also have a strong belief in iGenius, their mission, and their future. There are many companies out there, but iGenius caught my eye because of their ethics and leadership.”

Shojaa was given some great advice that has greatly helped him through his network marketing career. It’s a quote that says,

“When you do more than you are paid to do, you will eventually get paid more for what you do.”

Shojaa was raised to have high integrity and kindness, two traits that have really helped him become a well respected leader in the iGenius community. His advice to all of his peers is to always be willing, coachable, and consistent.

Shojaa’s next goal in the business is to become the first Crown rank in the Middle East, all while focusing on giving back.
