Brig Hart Leaves MonaVie

 

According to a message to the MonaVie Sales Force, Brig and Lita Hart are leaving MonaVie as distributors.

Brian McMullen is taking over the distributorship as Brian did recently with Onyx Coale's MonaVie distributorship. Brian McMullen is also a top distributor in Vemma.

 

A Message from Brig Hart and Brian McMullen

Hello my name is Brian McMullen and I live in sunny San Diego.

Brig and I have known each other for almost 10 years now. I have watched his meteoric rise and success story in MonaVie, and I have to admit—like many people hearing about the type of incomes being made in MonaVie—I couldn't help but admire the massive growth that occurred within a few short years of hard work and real strong focus. If you were one of those involved in this massive first wave of success, then I commend you for a great job and laser beam focus.

Brig and I have talked in length about his love for the MonaVie product (which by the way he says he drinks more of it every day than anyone else he knows and that he will never stop drinking MonaVie!), his love for the company, and his love for the field. I am very excited that yesterday Brig and I finalized my buying of his distributorship. I feel a great honor that he chose me to pass the torch to, and I will let Brig share with you in his own words about his decision.

A little about myself, I have been in Network Marketing for 20 years since 1993. I started when I was 18 while loading furniture for a moving company getting paid 10 dollars an hour. I read “Think and Grow Rich” when I was 20 years old and made a goal to be a millionaire by the time I was 30. I became a millionaire at 26 and have made over 15 million dollars in my network marketing career. I authored a few training courses and have built teams in over 40 countries.

My first 6 companies went out of business and so I’m very leery of start-ups or “the next hot deal.” I have found that companies that become billion dollar companies go in and out of waves of growth. Herbalife, Nu Skin, and Amway have all had big spurts of growth and then slow periods with a resurgence of new growth.

I have done very well by betting on the right people instead of a gimmick product or compensation plan. I saw the vision of what this company will become when I sat down with Dallin, and he laid out great plans for the future. After evaluating the company and the opportunity to be a part of MonaVie, I flew to Utah to sit down with Dallin and some of the corporate team. I was excited to hear of Dallin’s plans to continue to spend money building the right company, investing in science and technologies for new products, hiring the right people with billion dollar experience to be a part of the corporate team and continue to strategically expand internationally into the right markets. I was impressed with the corporate office and the amount of science involved with these products. Truly the best of what science and nature has to offer. Therefore I knew I had to be a part of the company.

I wanted to get this letter out to you and send my own introduction to you, especially for you to hear from me why I feel so great about how big of an opportunity MonaVie really is.

Now a word from Brig Hart:

Wow, 8 yrs ago Tim Wilson and I found the Acai Berry integrated into a Nutritional Beverage by Monarch Health Sciences – Called MonaVie. New Life Network will celebrate 28 yrs of Service to the People of the Marketplace that God directed us to. I am honored and blessed to have founded, supported and continue to direct along with my dear friends and partners Ed and Cheryl Henderson. I Will be Leaving my Positions as a Dist and rededicating my time and energies to both serving people and Causes THAT I'M PASSIONATE ABOUT. I am a very passionate person, and I will be dedicating myself to the MarketPlace Ministry I was called to many yrs ago. New Life will continue to make our ministry available as desired by those in that space….

I will be as I have been since the beginning a strong proponent of the Juice I so love and will continue to be one of its robust consumers… MonaVie Juice for Life. I also am the largest private Dist Shareholder in the mix. I want nothing more than this Company and Dists to go far beyond the level the MonaVie business is at the current time. I am vested in MonaVie in a major way, Hence want nothing more than a good return for that investment. I believe that with the Leadership that Brian brings to the table, that the positions he steps into will not only grow again, but go far beyond what they once produced.

Brian is possibly the best fit for this sensitive transition as we could have hoped or prayed for. We fully give him our blessing and assurance of support. Please know, that he has approached this transaction with dignity, humility and absolute integrity. His and our desires for the Business, both Corp and Field are fully aligned. We wish the best for all and would hope you would bless us with those same sentiments.

May God Richly Bless you and your business in this new Season. I am reminded in Romans 8:28 that All things work together for the Good, to those who love God and are called according to His Purposes.

Brian again, here…Please realize I know some of you have dedicated your lives to this company and have teams that I am so grateful to be a part of. I would love to be able to call every leader in this team but to be honest it would make it much easier if you could reach out to me so I can start a dialogue with anyone wanting to chat or just say hello and meet.

In closing, I want to say something to you that is a little bit of a sensitive nature. I was trying to figure out the right way to word this, but I am just going to come out and say it.

There are small minded people out there that have never had success in Network Marketing and somehow they think this business works like the corporate world where you got to tear down your neighbor to build yourself up.

This fails 100% of the time and there will be people from other companies who try to recruit MonaVie distributors by saying something like Don't you think it’s time to leave the company because Brig Hart has left?

I have two things to say about this….. number 1 is that now you know the truth that Brig has not left he is still a shareholder, and he is making the best decision that he feels will help the company become even bigger and more successful and it’s great that he has the opportunity because of this business that he can retire in style with time freedom.

Most likely the people trying to throw stones at MonaVie will never have the success Brig has had and become confused that at this stage of his life he actually gets to choose to focus on personal endeavors in a very comfy retirement. If that’s not a testimonial, I don't know what is.

Number 2 which is even more important. No Company. Not One single company. Has ever had long term success based on one person. No matter who that person is. Larry Thompson made millions in Herbalife. I never even was in Herbalife but I knew of Larry's success story of how many millionaires were being created in Herbalife in the early days of that company. In fact I can't even think of another leader in that company today but I still remember hearing of Larry's success.

Now here is the funny part. Larry Thompson left the company before Herbalife had its real big wave of growth. In fact, Larry Thompson wasn't even in Herbalife when the company reached its first Billion. Now Herbalife is not just a Billion Dollar company but a Multi Multi Billion Dollar company.

I don't even know the names of the top leaders there now, but I know for a fact that for those leaders and Million Dollar earners in Herbalife today could care less if Larry is building a business with them today. History repeats itself and it’s just a part of life. People come in and out of successful companies to get them to the next level at different points in their growth stages.

Just think about that, Herbalife had its major growth and success after Larry Thompson the millionaire maker left to pursue other interests. The time for you to take charge of this opportunity is now. No one person, not me, not Brig or anyone else is going to create the success for you. You can run across the finish line with 100 but you cannot carry 3 on your back. Let’s all dig deep, go to work, and show the world MonaVie is the real deal! Thanks.
