Xocai Opens Japan

Established in 2005, Marketing Xocolate International Corporation (MXI-Corp) is the world leader in great tasting, healthy, dark, chocolate products under the Xocai brand name.

MXI Corp Officers and Top Field Leadership (Derrick Winkel and Connie Hollstein) will be traveling to Japan to host public and private meetings with top networkers as MXI Corp will be officially opening the country of Japan.

MXI Corp Executives will be scheduling small group appointments (or one-on-one meeting times) for key US leaders (with translators) before and after each of our three meetings; especially in Osaka.

NFR = Not For Resale; OTG = On The Ground.  MXI Corp will be operating in NFR in Japan.

This means that our products are direct shipped from Reno Nevada directly to the distributor in Japan.  The Xocai products are currently approved “for purchase” and are labeled in English.  These products cannot to be “resold” to someone in Japan because they are not labeled in Japanese and not  “for sale” in Japan person-to-person.

Once $3,000,000 – $5,000,000 a month in sales is reach through this model, MXI Corp will consider moving this model to an OTG model meaning localize business operations in Japan with warehouse, distribution, Japanese labeled products registered in Japanese and commission payments being made in Yen and payments for products being made in Yen to an OTG entity in Japan.
