Total Life Changes Kicks Off BELIEVE 2020 Tour in New Orleans

Total Life Changes (TLC) started another life-changing year with The BELIEVE 2020 Tour in New Orleans, from January 31 through February 1, 2020.

The anticipation of the event was overwhelming for its company executives and its leadership. The tickets sold out days before the start of the event. Initial reactions from attendees put this event at the top of their list for energy, excitement, and overall value. The BELIEVE Tour is focused on building leadership skills, recognizing weight loss and success stories, recognition, and supporting a foundation that matches TLC’s core values.

Friday’s events included impactful training for compliance and compensation, TLC’s all-in-one 5in5 mobile app training, Daily Pay benefits, tips on jumpstarting your business, and helpful guidance about leadership.

Additional training was provided by TLC’s Executive Ambassadors Twiler Portis, and Gregg & Lenika Scott. Founder and CEO Jack Fallon weighs in on Friday’s training,

“I think one of the most exciting announcements over the weekend was our Daily Pay compensation structure. We have to provide incentives and meet the expectations of today’s consumers and workforce that are seeking to be rewarded immediately for their work.

 

We have implemented a commission service in which all of our independent representatives will be compensated within 24 hours of their retail sales.” 

TLC’s keynote speaker, Chris Widener, spoke about what it takes to be a good leader and the importance of personal development. He mentioned some of the most revered authors, trainers, and pioneers of the network marketing industry, including Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, and John Maxwell, explaining several of the most common attributes of strong leadership. One thing Chris emphasized is being true to yourself:

“Who you are is far more important than what you do. In fact, what you do is driven by who you are.”

Saturday’s event focused on awards, success stories, and weight loss transformations. Stormy Wellington spoke about her experiences and “Passed the Torch” to members of her organization that are ready to take on a stronger leadership role and earn the ultimate rank of Executive Ambassador. She emphasized the importance of the 5 L’s: Learn your team, Lead with Love, Lead by example, Leverage your organization into the right roles, and create a Legacy.

TLC also partnered with The Beautiful Foundation. This foundation is local to the New Orleans area. It focuses on empowering young women and teaches them self-esteem, entrepreneurship, life skills, and relationship skills that will last them a lifetime. Attendees were encouraged to donate in its support. TLC presented the Beautiful Foundation with a $5,000 check that will now enable the foundation to fund several new initiates to support the young women in New Orleans.

Alexandra Alcina, Wendy Howton & Truneice Love were commended for their incredible total life transformations. These three amazing women used TLC products and had a complete health and lifestyle transformation through hard work and dedication.
