Bonita Lee-McClain Achieves Global Rank In TLC, Again

Bonita Lee-McClain initially joined Total Life Changes (TLC) in 2013, achieving Ambassador Rank and becoming TLC’s third-ever Ambassador. After she left in 2018, she came back in 2019 and re-built her teams from the ground up and achieved National Rank in March 2020.

She has reached Global Rank (again), and says that she wants to continue to pursue even more with TLC, and expects to gain 5 National Directors, 15 Executive Directors, and 10 Regional Directors within the next few months. Bonita says that the sample system and the hemp infused teas are what carries her momentum:

“The product samples encourage people to try the products, and then the Life Changers are following up with people after that. And the hemp tea and the hemp industry is painting the picture for people.”

Bonita says listening to personal development materials have been critical for her growth as an individual and a Life Changer. She looks to network marketing experts, such as Les Brown, Jim Rohn, and John C. Maxwell. She says the key to advancing in ranks and doing well in TLC is getting out of your comfort zone:

“You have to be okay with getting uncomfortable. It’s not easy, and it’s a lot of work, and you have to consistently help others in your organization. You have to see who is ready to grow and set goals with them; helping others and reaching out in your organization to bring them up.”

Bonita states that she felt she had a point to prove when she came back to TLC:

“I have to hit Ambassador rank again, and I have to do it again because I want to show people that it can be done again, and show them that if I can do it, they can do it. I’m not a one-hit-wonder.”

Bonita sums up her experience with TLC, saying now is the best time to join:

“Now is really the time. I was a part of the wave before, when the company hit 100 million in sales, and I know quite a few million-dollar earners. And that goes to show you how great our compensation plan is, and we have a lot of million-dollar earners. Every time the company goes up, we go up. And they (TLC) have added so much to everything, like the sampling and there are so many great resources that we didn’t have when I first joined. I’m grateful that we have a CEO that has not changed, and moves the company in the right direction.”
