Henry Frias Rises to New Heights as First Total Life Changes Ambassador Since 2021

On November 26, 2024, Henry Frias made history as the first Total Life Changes (TLC) Ambassador since 2021. Since rededicating himself to his TLC business in 2019, he has built a thriving international team, earned over a million dollars*, and risen to the ranks of the company’s most respected leaders.

“I’ve always been aiming for this rank,”

Frias said.

“I’m the first Latin Ambassador in the United States in a long time. Achieving this rank is very hard, and I’m thankful for my team and corporate’s support. I’m feeling good.”

From 9-to-5 to MLM Success

Before TLC, Frias worked a traditional job in real estate, longing for a more flexible lifestyle. That desire led him to network marketing, where he has built a robust 13-year career.

Frias first joined TLC in 2016 and quickly recognized his earning potential.

“The compensation plan is very powerful, and the products really work,”

he explained.

“Even if someone doesn’t lose weight with the products, they might lose inches, feel better, or sleep better—there’s always positive feedback. With a great compensation plan and products, you can make a lot of money if you work.”

A brief hiatus to explore digital marketing only reinforced his belief in the reliability of physical products, leading him to return to TLC with renewed focus.

Frias’s efforts paid off at TLC’s 2024 convention, where he took center stage to accept his 7-figure ring, a symbol of his first million in lifetime earnings with the company. That moment solidified his resolve to reach the Ambassador rank by year’s end.

Building a Global Business

Frias’s success soared when he embraced the basics of network marketing. During the pandemic, Zoom calls kept his business alive. But as virtual fatigue set in, he recognized a growing desire for face-to-face connections.

“People wanted to meet, greet, hug, and have fun,”

he said.

“It’s a different energy when everybody is together in the same atmosphere.”

While maintaining a rigorous schedule of daily opportunity calls, he pivoted to hosting in-person events around the world. This approach helped him form a strong international network spanning the U.S., Panama, Paraguay, Ecuador, Colombia, France, New Zealand, and beyond. Every week, Frias dedicates a portion of his earnings to his team, covering travel, event expenses, and other needs to support their growth.

Living a Legacy

Frias’s dedication is rooted in his desire to create a lasting impact. “I want to change more people’s lives,” he said. “I want to stay in TLC as long as I can and keep building a legacy for my kids.”

Helping others achieve their financial goals is central to that legacy. Frias encourages his team to view every “no” not as a setback but as a stepping stone to a life-changing “yes.” To aspiring network marketers, he offers simple advice: believe in the results.

“Many people have changed their lives and made money in this company,”

he said.

“Don’t quit, and you’ll make it.”

Looking ahead, Frias is confident that this milestone is just the beginning.

“I believe that with this new rank my team and I have achieved, more people in the United States will reach the Ambassador rank,” he said. “You have to keep momentum up. If you slow down, it might take a long time to come back. I’m going to try to stay on top.”
