Kelly Haupu Achieves National Director Rank At Total Life Changes

After less than two months with Total Life Changes (TLC), Kelly Haupu reached the prestigious National Director rank. This milestone marks more than a professional achievement—it underscores her commitment to changing lives, starting with her own.

“I feel like I’m part of a movement to make people’s lives better,” Haupu said. “I’m so excited to be in a position where I can call somebody and say, ‘Hey, let me help you change your life.’”

Haupu’s TLC journey began with what she describes as a divine intervention. On the morning of October 18, 2024, she received a powerful message: Monday will be the start of the rest of your life. That Monday, following a health scare she feared was a stroke, Haupu was cleared to fly to Detroit and visit TLC’s headquarters.

On October 26, her friend and now sponsor Luis Ventura invited her to a TLC event. There, she heard the moving testimony of a woman who had overcome tremendous adversity, rising from incarceration to success in her business. The story resonated with Haupu, who had long hoped for a brighter future for her son, a recovering heroin addict.

“I felt like I was being hugged from behind, and I had this feeling of being home,” she recalled. “I knew that this was where God wanted me to be. I knew that I could touch thousands of lives around the world with TLC.”

That day, Haupu made the bold decision to leave her former network-marketing company and join TLC, where she quickly built a strong, trusting relationship with her team. This bond, based on mutual respect and a shared commitment to serving others, accelerated her ascent through the ranks.

With over 25 years of experience as an independent business owner and an MBA in international business, Haupu entered TLC with a wealth of expertise. Though she values the flexibility of network marketing, she applies the same discipline she would to a brick-and-mortar business, filling her schedule with daily Zoom sessions, travel, in-person meetings, and three-way calls to support her growing team.

Haupu attributes success in network marketing to helping people realize their earning potential.

“Every product we offer, people already pay for, but they don’t make any money from it,” she said. “With TLC, you have a vehicle for success and health and wellness. It’s just a no-brainer. When you help others see the money they can make, it’s simpler for them to build. The key is taking our eyes off ourselves because we cannot be successful without helping others first.”

This mindset is reflected in her leadership style, grounded in humility, empowerment, and alignment with TLC’s culture of “unselfishness,” where leaders support each other for the collective good.

“Everyone is so positive and happy, and that’s what people want to see when they’re looking for a company to be part of,” she said.

Though she wore a facade, Haupu silently battled depression for two years, leaving her feeling disconnected and unmotivated. Discovering TLC marked a turning point, helping her regain the focus and drive she thought was lost. Now, she feels a deep sense of purpose in sharing the products, hoping to guide others out of the same dark place she had been trapped in just months before.

Looking ahead, Haupu is determined to inspire people to break free from their past and build a better future.

“We are put on this earth to be amazing, not mediocre,” she said. “Through my example, I want everyone to know that they can do it, too. If we build a big team all over the world, we’re going to have a huge movement of positive, excited, happy, healthy people who are changing lives everywhere they go.”

As a mother of three, Haupu dreams of leaving a legacy that provides for her family and touches lives worldwide. While she aims to achieve the Global Director rank in 2025, her true focus remains on uplifting people along the way.

“My goal is to never stop helping people,” she said. “When we help others live a better life, our cup overflows with blessings.”
