Vanessa Achille Brings Pride to Haiti with Total Life Changes Ambassador Rank

This Thanksgiving marked a monumental milestone for Vanessa Achille. After years of dedication and resilience, she reached the prestigious Ambassador rank with Total Life Changes (TLC), only the second person to achieve this feat since 2021.

Vanessa Achille said:

Vanessa Achille, a native of Haiti, began her TLC journey in 2020, amid what she described as the darkest moment of her life. The pandemic shuttered her clothing business, leaving her with a looming loan to repay and no source of income.

Desperately seeking a path forward, she embraced the business opportunity when her husband overheard a coworker talking about TLC. Despite her lack of network-marketing experience, she took a leap of faith, initially hoping to earn enough just to get by.

In her first week, Achille followed TLC’s proven model for new distributors, focusing on retail sales and team building. Though her initial outreach yielded just one “yes,” that small victory sparked a fire within her.

“I kept going because I got my first yes. I made $300 in my first week with the business, and that little thing gave me hope that I could do more. I saw the money I made and the support from my team, and I decided to keep going and sharing the opportunity.”

From there, Achille began her upward trek, but the path was far from smooth. Twice, setbacks within her downline forced her to rebuild her business from the ground up. Undeterred, she climbed to the Global Director rank and set her sights on her next ambitious goal: becoming an Ambassador.

In January 2024, Achille and her team committed to an aggressive push to rise through the ranks. By Thanksgiving, their efforts paid off, with Achille and fellow network marketer Henry Frias securing their place among TLC’s highest achievers just two days apart.

“We want to keep it going. We are already planning for a new Ambassador. We want to succeed with the business, so we are working like crazy. We have a lot of things going on.”

Achille’s accomplishments extend beyond her personal success story. At TLC’s 2024 convention, where she received a ring symbolizing $500,000 in lifetime earnings^*, she vowed to “put Haiti on the map at TLC.” Her leadership has helped position Haiti as one of the company’s top-performing countries on numerous occasions, and she envisions celebrating more team members’ milestones at next year’s convention.

In a country facing economic instability, political unrest, and natural disasters, Achille and her team discovered a beacon of hope in TLC.

“It’s not a secret that Haiti is having a tough time. It’s a big thing to be able to share an opportunity and products that people really need. It gives people some money and a sense of purpose. Really, TLC is love, sharing, community, and hope.”
